Last night, we met friends at the captiol to listen to a Middle Eastern band and have a picinic. It was a great time, we had lots of good food and enjoyed adding a little culture to our life. Check out the rest of the pictures on my flickr badge below.

My bookclub tried to go to this event on Friday evening, but it was postponed until Saturday. We thought it would enrich our "Kite Runner" experience! None of us could go on Saturday, so we settled for the Cracked Crab and live jazz at Hastings with one of our club member's son as the drummer!
