Soccer kick not karate kick!!

Maddison had a soccer tournament this weekend. She's in the big leagues now...playing on a competitve team. It was fun and we all learned a lot, most important, wear sunscreen.:)

This doesn't happen too often. They do love one another.

My son won't go outside without a stocking cap on yet.

We went to Chuck E. Cheese's for something fun to do last week. It wasn't as bad as I thought, the kids had a great time.

We call him Blue, he really does have one blue eye and one brown, although I will admit to alter it a little for emphasis.

New pictures

Here are some shots with the new camera. I think I'm getting the hang of it, if I could just get my kids to cooperate.

I'm back.....

I guess I haven't gone anywhere, but I haven't posted much since the broken camera. I guess I don't feel like I have anything good to say without a picture to go with it. Anyway, I have a new camera, so I will be posting pictures soon, that is when I figure out how to use it. In the mean time, I guess you'll have to put up with the bad ones.

We went to Winter Park, CO. with my family, we are missing two of the kids, because they had to leave early. It was a great time and had beautiful views from every spot in our house.

This horse drawn sleigh took us to a breathtaking view of the mountain where we had hot cocoa and roasted marshmellows.

There's nothing like a bonfire in the middle of winter roasting marshmellows.

My sister went cross country skiing one day, the views were amazing.

We're back!!!

We spent last week in Winter Park, Colorado. It was a great time the snow was great, we had several days of fresh powder, awsome for skiing and boarding. The only bad part of the whole trip was the fact that my camera quit on me. I felt naked without it. I also don't have any pictures to show for the trip, hopefully my sister and sister-n-law will come through with some good stuff. The good news, is I'm getting my new camera sooner than later. That means more good pictures to come. Until then....

I managed to blow every single candle out on the first try. There was a lot of smoke, though.

They thought it would be fun to put 30 candles on the cake, it nearly set the house on fire.

Everyone is just hanging out at my birthday party, it was lots of fun.

The party was lots of fun, look at all the beautiful women that were there.

We had a party celebrating my 30th birthday last night, it was lots of fun.  

Jack is enjoying his new Star Wars toys he bought with his allowance. It is so exciting to be able to get what you want with your own money, especially when your five.

Ben is feeling much better after a long week and a half of being sick. He is finally getting back to normal after having a really bad virus. I'm ready for summer!

Well it's been a while since I last posted, but we were trying to get over the holidays and all the sickness. The kids have been sick, I've been sick, we're tired. I'm ready for summer, I've had ,my winter fun and am ready for the sun to be out and health restored.
